British Airways wanted to increase passenger volume on Moscow - London route as a new competitor started stealing a dramatic 20% market share within 2 months of launching its operations in Russia. British Airways needed to be smart about how to respond to this threat so the idea was focusing on their long haul destinations turning Moscow - London into a hub for connecting traffic to fly to North America and Latin America. Innovative campaign to drive awareness of the BA Network that will engage consumers and work across a variety of digital channels.
